The winner of the 2023 Short Play Festival People’s Choice award is Elizabeth Meyette.

Elizabeth’s short play The Ladies Room garnered the most audience votes at Saturday's play performance event as part of Art on Main in downtown Three Rivers. The event took place in Three River’s historic Riviera Theater. The winner of this year’s jury prize for best writing is Eathan Bingaman for his play Ode, sans Joy. Eight plays were performed, all written by local authors. All of the playwrights received a commemorative pen.
